Monday, August 10, as part of routine vegetation management, an EPA registered herbicide will be applied along designated trail sections in the Galena area. The product being used is approved for use in natural areas (open space) and is considered safe for humans and animals once it has dried. Drying time typically ranges from 1–4 hours depending on weather conditions (temperature, humidity, and sunlight). For your safety, please avoid contact with treated areas until they are fully dry.
